User Content, Data and Compliance
Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data they enter into the system and for ensuring that this data does not infringe third-party rights. Visual Memory Works GmbH, as the provider of the services, is not obliged to check content uploaded by users in advance for accuracy or lawfulness.
To the extent that users process personal data of third parties in their apps (for example customer photos, guest or visitor data, orders and inquiries), they are themselves controllers within the meaning of the GDPR and are responsible for compliance with data protection obligations. VMW processes this data as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a data processing agreement. Further information is provided in the GDPR / DSGVO Data Protection Notice.
