Age Limit and User Responsibility Policy
This policy governs the minimum age for persons who may use the CXR App platform and the general obligations of users.
The platform is an infrastructure that provides software tools for digital services and business processes. Users are therefore expected to have a certain level of maturity and legal capacity. CXR App is offered and operated by Visual Memory Works GmbH (“VMW”) and is aimed primarily at businesses and self-employed persons; statutory consumer protection provisions apply to consumers.
AGE LIMIT
To use the platform, users must have legal capacity under the applicable law (in Germany, §§ 104 et seq. BGB). As a rule, it is not appropriate for persons under 18 to use the platform independently.
Access to the platform for persons under 18 is possible only under the supervision and responsibility of their legal representatives.
USER REPRESENTATION
Every user who creates an account on the platform represents that the information provided is correct and that they have the legal capacity required to use the services.
If false information is provided or use contrary to the age limit is discovered, the accounts concerned may be restricted or terminated.
RESPONSIBILITY WHEN USING THE PLATFORM
When using the platform, users are obliged to act in accordance with applicable laws, in good faith and in compliance with all policies and terms listed on this page.
For activities carried out through the platform, the following are the responsibility of the respective user:
- transactions with third parties
- shared content
- links and redirects created
- product, service and price information displayed
BUSINESS USERS
If the platform is used on behalf of a company, institution or organization, the persons who open and manage the account represent that they act on behalf of that entity and have the necessary authority to represent it.
The entity concerned may be held liable for actions taken through business accounts.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are obliged to keep their login credentials confidential. They may be held responsible for actions taken using their login credentials.

CHANGES
This policy may be amended in the event of changes in the law or updates to the Terms of Use. The current text applies from the date of its publication.
