Nature of the Service and Scope of Activities
The services offered under the CXR App brand comprise online software services such as digital software for business organization, SaaS products, linking and catalog systems, the creation and management of offers, and the management of content and processes. The subject of this text is digital software services.
CXR App is offered and operated by Visual Memory Works GmbH (“VMW”). VMW is your contact for sales, billing, payment processing and support.
The offering is aimed primarily at businesses and self-employed persons, for example in the food service, retail, event venue and photography sectors. Technically, purchasing is not limited to businesses; statutory consumer protection provisions apply to consumers. The software subscription is a digital service; an optional paid setup is separate from it. Further details on conclusion of the contract, withdrawal and cancellation are set out in the documents “Distance Sales Agreement” and “Subscription, Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy”.
If NFC cards, smart QR stands or other physical products are offered separately, the terms of sale and delivery for these products will be explained separately.
