Content and Conduct Rules

Updated: 19 October 2026

This page explains the rights that users have on the CXR App platform and the basic rules they must observe when creating and sharing content or using the platform. CXR App is offered and operated by Visual Memory Works GmbH (“VMW”).

CXR App provides a software infrastructure with which users can create catalogs, offers, links, forms, CRM entries and similar digital outputs. Content generated on the platform’s infrastructure is managed by the users. Users therefore bear primary responsibility for the lawfulness and accuracy of the content and for its effects on third parties.

The rules on this page serve to protect the security of the platform, to keep its use reliable over the long term and to avoid infringing the rights of third parties.

CONTENT AND CONDUCT RULES

Each user is responsible for all content they create, upload, share or publish on the platform. They undertake to use the platform lawfully, in good faith and as intended.

BASIC OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

Users are solely responsible for ensuring

  • that all content they upload to the platform, including texts, images, files, links, catalogs and offers, is lawful,
  • that this content does not infringe personality rights, data protection rights or intellectual property rights of third parties,
  • that this content is not misleading and does not constitute an unfair commercial practice within the meaning of the UWG,
  • that product, service and price information is presented correctly, and
  • that they comply with the applicable statutory obligations in their business dealings with their own customers.

The platform is not a party to contracts and transactions between users and their customers or third parties.

PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

The following content and conduct are prohibited on the platform:

  • content that calls for unlawful acts, constitutes a criminal offense or violates laws
  • posts containing hate speech, discrimination, calls to violence or threats
  • the unlawful disclosure or collection of personal data of other persons
  • content that infringes copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights
  • malware, malicious code, phishing redirects or elements that endanger security
  • overloading the platform infrastructure, disabling systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities
  • creating fake accounts, impersonating an identity or acting without authorization in the name of another person or organization
  • spam, unsolicited messages or abusive activities

LINKS, EXTERNAL REDIRECTS AND PUBLICATIONS BY USERS

Users can create links through the platform that redirect to external websites or third-party systems. Where the links lead and what content is offered through these redirects is the responsibility of the users.

The platform is not obliged to continuously monitor the content of links created by users. Users are responsible for the lawfulness of the links they share and their effects on third parties.

PLATFORM SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF THE SERVICE

Users must not engage in conduct that impairs the security and service quality of the platform. If use is detected that disrupts the operation of the platform, prevents other users from using the services or endangers system security, measures may be taken with respect to the user account concerned.

COMPLAINTS, VIOLATIONS AND REPORTS

Users can submit a report through the support channels if they find unlawful content or abuse on the platform. Please direct reports to support@cxr.app. VMW reviews the report appropriately and takes the measures it considers necessary.

RIGHT OF REVIEW AND INTERVENTION

VMW reserves the right to take measures such as removing content that is classified as unlawful or in breach of the rules, restricting access, deactivating links, or suspending or terminating the user account concerned. These measures may be applied to protect platform security, to protect third parties and to comply with legal obligations.

CHANGES

These rules may be updated if the structure of the platform or the legal situation changes. The current text applies from the day of its publication.
