Beta Services / Experimental Features
Some features, modules or services offered within the platform by Visual Memory Works GmbH (“VMW”) may be designated as “Beta”, “Experimental” or similar. These are features that are not yet in their final form and are in development, testing and improvement.
Beta services may be updated more frequently than standard services, their scope may be changed, or they may be discontinued altogether. When using these services, unexpected errors, performance problems or temporary interruptions may occur.
No permanent, uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed for features offered as beta. Beta services are not placed on the same level as stable services that are subject to the Service Level Commitment (SLA).
Some beta features within the platform may work in connection with third-party technologies or AI services. The performance and results of such features may vary depending on the nature of the respective technologies. Users accept the risks of technical problems that may arise when using beta services. It is the users’ responsibility to set up additional backup and control mechanisms for critical data. Statutory liability that cannot be excluded, as well as the Service Disclaimer, remain unaffected.
VMW reserves the right to change the scope of beta services at any time, to discontinue individual features or to include these services in paid or other subscription packages in the future. For existing contracts, the contractual and statutory provisions apply in this respect.
Feedback from users on beta services may be evaluated to improve the services. If feedback contains personal data, the Privacy Policy and the GDPR / DSGVO Data Protection Notice apply.
