CXR App is offered and operated by Visual Memory Works GmbH (“VMW”). VMW is your contact for sales, billing, payment processing and support.
The services of the English and German versions are offered by VMW, based in Marl, Germany. Contracts for new purchases through these versions are concluded with VMW. Please direct general inquiries, sales inquiries and setup inquiries to hello@cxr.app and support requests to support@cxr.app; you will find the company details and the official company contact (info@visualmemoryworks.de) in the Company and Registration Details. The shared CXR addresses do not change the fact that VMW is the provider of the services.
The Turkish-language version of CXR App is offered by Hayat Grup Reklam A.Ş. (Istanbul, Turkey); the terms of the Turkish version apply to it. The choice of display language does not change the contracting party of an existing account; before a new purchase, the respective provider is displayed.
Where VMW uses business partners or service providers to perform its services, it does so on the basis of contractual agreements. VMW remains the contact for sales, billing, payment processing and support.
The technical and product-related standards for the core operation of the platform and the framework for the use of the CXR App trademark are governed by the Terms of Use and the contractual agreements.
